Student Account Access after Graduation
Pitzer Account access after Graduation
After graduation, you will retain full access to your account, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos.
However, after one year, access to Google Drive and Google Photos will be removed, and you will only have access to Gmail with a storage cap of 5GB.
To ensure a smooth transition and avoid data loss, we encourage you to begin moving your files from Drive and Photos to alternative storage solutions as soon as possible.
How to Bulk Download Your Data
Google Takeout is a service that allows you to download a copy of your data stored within Google products.
You can export and download data from services like Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Photos, and YouTube.
This is useful if you want to back up your information or transfer it to another platform
